Chocolate Cream: We start with melted chocolate, sugared egg yolks and a whole milk cooked pudding, fill it into a handmade flaky pie crust and top it with heavy whipped cream.
Banana Cream: Freshly whipped cream and pastry cream folded into a flakey crust, filled with sliced bananas and topped with real whipped cream.
Apple: (crumb or double crust) Old Fashion nutmeg and cinnamon flavors packed full of apples.
Dutch Apple: Same as our old Fashion apple with the addition of raisins. It has a top crust which is drizzled with a white sugar fondant glaze.
Custard: Baked with an old fashion egg and milk custard. A dash of good vanilla.
Coconut Custard: Baked with an old fashion egg and milk custard and a handful of coconut.
Coconut Cream: Freshly whipped cream and pastry cream folded into a flakey crust with toasted coconut and topped with real whipped cream.
Maple Walnut: Maple syrup, walnuts and Lisa’s secret ingredient.
Jaime’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream: We start with melted chocolate, sugared egg yolks and a whole milk cooked pudding, pour it over a peanut butter crumble and top it with heavy whipped cream.
