Bakehouse Pies

  • Chocolate Cream: We start with melted chocolate, sugared egg yolks and a whole milk cooked pudding, fill it into a handmade flaky pie crust and top it with heavy whipped cream.
  • Banana Cream: Freshly whipped cream and pastry cream folded into a flakey crust, filled with sliced bananas and topped with real whipped cream.
  • Apple: (crumb or double crust)  Old Fashion nutmeg and cinnamon flavors packed full of apples.
  • Dutch Apple:  Same as our old Fashion apple with the addition of raisins.  It has a top crust which is drizzled with a white sugar fondant glaze.
  • Custard: Baked with an old fashion egg and milk custard.  A dash of good vanilla.
  • Coconut Custard: Baked with an old fashion egg and milk custard and a handful of coconut.
  • Coconut Cream: Freshly whipped cream and pastry cream folded into a flakey crust with toasted coconut and topped with real whipped cream.
  • Key Lime: Key Lime juice, sugared egg yolks and milk.  Simply Delicious.
  • Pumpkin: Traditionally like grandma’s.
  • Pecan: Pecans and goeyness.
  • Maple Walnut: Maple syrup, walnuts and Lisa’s secret ingredient.    
  • Jaime’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream:  We start with melted chocolate, sugared egg yolks and a whole milk cooked pudding, pour it over a peanut butter crumble and top it with heavy whipped cream.
